I lasted about 5 days, then tweaked the recipes to be mostly fruit based b/c they tasted better! What I learned...wash the juicer right away! Its much easier then if you let it sit. Also, a little ginger and garlic go a LONG way...so just use a little bit. Lastly, I agree with you, Lemon or Lime added to everything definitely helps with the taste! The rest of the day you only eat this nasty cabbage soup (made from cabbage, tomatoes, and I don&#39;t remember what else--basically nothing with much flavor). I&#39;ve tried it twice for health reasons. I made it 2.5 days the first time and 5 or 6 days the second time. I lost a lot of weight the second time, but the minute I went off of it, I gained the water weight back. I was a disaster b/c I was soooo hungry. My husband begged for it to be over both times. The soup stunk and he didn&#39;t like my new veggie personality. I hate most veggies-- fortunately my kids got hubby&#39;s taste buds and actually request broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (gag!). <br />How bad does it really taste?
